Property development activity is governed by law no. 11-04 of 17 February 2011 setting the rules governing property development activity, together with its implementing texts.
Off-plan sales are made under a contract conforming to the model set by regulation, signed before a notary, and are covered by the Property Development Guarantee and Mutual Surety Fund (FGCMPI).
The payment schedule shown on this site follows that of the model off-plan sale contract. Only the contract signed before a notary is binding.
